Snohomish County primarily, this mailing list is for you. Fitness Gatherings displays our local programs, schedules, trainings, and workshops as well as simply providing you with regular healthful updates for you and your family.

If you are interested in joining in on one of our other programs as well, feel free. You can be on more than one news and notice list at a time. We've listed the majority of those other programs below.

FIT Launch, Inc. - Parent company to all of our Gatherings & FitPro programs. This site links out to all programs and is the main information location for our Fitness Professional Continuing Education and Foundations Training - want to become a trainer, look here.

Fitness Gatherings - That's this site and holds most all offerings specific to Snohomish County and our Studio.

Nutrition Solution - Diet Grader is a simple, factual, and essential program to assist you in controlling the nutrtitional elements of your wellness lifestyle.

Yoga Gatherings - Similar to Fitness Gatherings, but specific to small group yoga programs.

Healthy Gatherings - This program we offer locally as well as throughout the US. It's a great opportunity for enthusiast learning and also a great opportunity for Professionals to enhance their career.

Fitness Pro Travel - A Fitness Professionals site where we assist in facilitating a work exchange between the Fit Pro and various all-inclusive resort properties in the Caribbean. Have friends or family that are in the fitness field... they'll thank you for pointing this one out.
