Through many years of experience and education we have developed a number of exclusive fitness services.
Our private studio will provide you all that you need to enjoy a fun and beneficial program. Meet your goals/dreams without the pressure, noise, and hassle of a large facility setting.
Experienced and Certified personal training is available through FIT Launch. Our trainers will provide you personal services in our Snohomish Studio. Online or by phone coaching is another option for those of you outside the area.

Individual Training / Conditioning
New to resistance training or has it been a while? Trying to achieve a new personal goal or get ready for a sporting competition? Uncomfortable with the crowds or craze of the fitness clubs? We have another option!
One on one instruction ~ 45-60min.
3 Sessions – $270 (1st session is an assessment, for new clients)
10 Sessions – $770 (1st session is an assessment, for new clients)
21 Sessions – $1380 (FREE assessment with this package)
31 Sessions – $1770 (FREE assessment AND FREE Diet Grade Report with this package)
(All sessions must be complete within 6 months of purchase)

Health Screening & Assessment
Health Screening & Assessment may be the most important piece of any program design. It not only assists the trainer and client in understanding physical areas of need, but also is vital to ensure a safe and effective program design.
We will not design any personal training or sport conditioning program without first performing a basic assessment. Assessments are included when you purchase training packages in the first session, but we encourage clients to purchase additional assessments every six-twelve months to track progress and ensure any health changes that may influence program design are addressed.
You will receive a full report detailing your muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, range of motion wellness, and a three day dietary assessment.
