Want the fun and support of working out with a few of your friends? Fitness Gatherings provides exactly that. Enjoy the community and motivation in this relaxed atmosphere as your group pursues your goals together.

Groups of 3-6 (individual prices vary depending on total persons in group)
*Groups of similar goals & ability ~ 45-75min. depending upon format selected

  • 4 Sessions – $295 ttl
  • 8 Sessions – $545 ttl
  • 12 Sessions – $745 ttl
  • 16 Sessions – $895 ttl

Sessions generally run evenly distributed from week to week throughout a 4 to 8 week period. Whatever the format or time time span scheduled, programs will be periodized (slightly shifted in primary focus) to optimize efficiency, improve safety, and enhance results!
