Total Body Fitness Camp - Come join this fun outdoor bootcamp adventure and use Mother Nature as your gym setting to help you lose weight, increase muscle strength and endurance and build a new appreciation for the world outside (rain or shine). Each session of camp begins with warm-up drills then proceeds on or along the Centennial Trail for conditioning exercises suitable for any level of fitness.
Exotic Moves - Find the Sensual side of fitness with this integrated workout that combines erotic dance styles, modern dance and the art of striptease in on complete empowering sexy session. These moves will build your core strength, increase your flexibility, improve your stamina and deliver a mind opening experience for all participants. Come explore the sexy inner you and walk away with a new mind, body, and soul connection... OR host a party at your location. (more)
Pole Siren Camp-Embrace your inner seductress with some sassy moves inspired from burlesque, bellydance and exotic dance while exploring the enticement of the pole. Campers will learn basic spins and moves around the pole while incorporating their sultry new dance movements into this 90 minute class. Feather boas, hats, gloves and accessories are encouraged to bring out the sass of this camp.
P3- Purely Pole Practice-practice your spins, transitions and latest tricks with these drop-in sessions. Interested participants need to call or text to reserve their spot for a practice session in the studio by Monday of the same week before 6pm. First come, first serve and limited to first 3-4 participants. Participants may only register/schedule one week at a time (current week).
Mind Body Camp - Explore the foundations of yoga, pilates, and core training within this progressive camp. Participants will learn proper breathing techniques, core activation tactics, yoga and pilates movements, plus gain new perspective on their posture and surrounding musculature. Expect to see improvements in your joint range of motioni, stability, core strength & endurance, concentration levels, and enjoy the added benefit of stress relief.
CORE Fitness Camp - This full body circuit style workout will condition all the major muscles in your body, plus focus heavily on CORE training and muscle activation techniques to help you develop better strength, endurance and muscular control from your center out.
Cardio Camp - Each 30 minute camp includes outdoor/indoor based training options to improve cardiovascular endurance and enhance the effects of weight loss.
Intensity Fit Camp - 45 minutes of to the point, no screwing around, fitness training. Began as "man camp" for a private group and soon after caught the interest of several women as well. If you are serious about your weight loss and fitness goals, then High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT Training) and circuits in this camp will ensure you meet your goals. Fun, Fast, Effective describe this class most simply.
Weight Loss Camp - This camp is ideal for individuals with "several" extra pounds to lose or has not exercised regularly for quite some time. Elements of HIIT and circuit training will be utilized to energize the metabolism, but adapted to the needs of a beginning or deconditioned exerciser. Much educational information will be included covering nutrition, exercise, and stress relief. You will see quick results in a safe progressive program. (Ideal for a small group of friends - contact us if your group would like to schedule).
Partner Yoga - Mix up your flexibility training and yoga practice with a little help from your friend or loved one. This workshop will share how yoga postures and movements become not only a work of art, but an amazing experience when performed with someone close to you. A perfect opportunity to connect, grow and explore a new appreciation for each other.
Pole Dance Workshop - Learn basic spins, turns and sample some sexy, sultry fitness moves during this 90 minute workshop. Discover the pole's prowess and unleash a new way to train your body with this dynamic and fun workout. No experience necessary, but current exercise experience is beneficial. Call to schedule your individual or group session.

Full Classes - Space is limited within our studio. This does some good things in encouraging personal attention, but it also can hinder availability. If the class you are most interested is marked as FULL, contact us to be placed on a waiting list or see if another class will be added soon.
If you have a minimum three friends/co-workers and would like to see about scheduling your own class, in addition to the regular schedule above we are happy to talk to you about these possibilities.... Most classes have started this way.
~Dress comfortably ready for exercise to all classes. No open toed shoes please.
~Bring a towel and water bottle.
~Bring own yoga mat as appropriate. Mats are available for purchase if needed.
